FAQ - Scheduled Joined Day Tours

Q: How can I book a scheduled day tour?
A:
Please use our online booking system on our website. For your payment you can use your Credit Card* (Visa or Mastercard) or your PayPal account. You will receive instant confirmation by email for after the payment was successfully processed. Sometimes confirmation emails are delivered to SPAM folder of your Email account – please kindly check your SPAM folder too.

Q: Is the round transfer from my hotel/accommodation included?
A: Transfers from and to your accommodation on Koh Samui are included in the charter prices. Transfers will be arranged by comfortable minivans from all over the island.

Some hotels, resorts and villas are located on hills and mountains with steep roads which our vans cannot access. In this case we will arrange the transfer from the closest point to your accommodation our vans can reach.

We schedule all transfers in a way that boarding the boat will be on time. Our drivers will not wait for more than 10 minutes, as they have tight schedules. In case you missed a van, you will have to arrange your own transport to the boat.

There is are reimbursements for additional transportation costs or for lost cruising times.

Q: Are there any additional or hidden costs when I book a tour?
A: No, there are no additional or hidden costs – Prices for scheduled tours stated on the Website are including 7% VAT.

Q: Do I have to pay the admission fee to the Marine Park separate?
A:
No, the admission fee on our Ang Thong Marine Tour is included in the tour price.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on my booked day?
A: We will offer you to postpone your booking to another date if possible. In case this is not possible, or weather conditions do not allow an alternate cruise date, we offer full refund of your payment.

Q: Can you cater for special food requirements (vegan, vegetarian…)
A: Yes! Just let us know your dietary requirements or special your food preference in the ‘notes’ field, we will get back to you about the required food.

Q: Can I receive a discount for my booking?
A: Boutique Yachting offers the best price/service ratio and do not have seasonal prices. We keep the same prices for all season, all year round.

Q: Can we review my experience with you?
A: Yes, please! We would appreciate your feedback and review to maintain and further improve the quality of our services and your guest experience with us. Therefore, we appreciate your feedback and honest impressions on our Google Business Page, Facebook Page and on TripAdvisor.

FAQ - Private Yacht Charters

Q: How can I book a private boat charter?
A:
All charter bookings require a 50% deposit of the charters base price to secure the booking. If you are uncertain as to which boat/tour is the most suitable for your group, please contact us and we will work out a perfect yacht experience for you.

Q: Is the round transfer from my hotel/accommodation included?
A: Transfers from and to your accommodation on Koh Samui are included in the charter prices. Transfers will be arranged by comfortable minivans from all over the island.

Q: Are there any additional or hidden costs when I book a privat charter?
A: No, there are no additional or hidden costs – All charter prices stated on the Website are excluding 7% VAT. Additional services as extra hours, beverage packages, additional services can be booked and arranged on extra charges.

Q: How can I pay for a private charter booking?
A: Payments and deposits can be done by either international bank transfer or by either cash (in our office), your credit card (processed through PayPal) or by your PayPal account.

The balance payment can be arranged by cash (in our office), credit card, PayPal account or Bank transfer to our account. Your booking must be fully paid prior the trip departs.

Q: Can I go to Ang Thong National Marine Park on a half day charter cruise?
A: No this is not possible. For a cruise to Angthong Marine National Park we require a full day option for a charter cruise to allow enough time for a relaxed program of the day.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on my booked day?
A: We will offer you to postpone the charter to another date if possible. In case this is not possible, or weather conditions do not allow an alternate cruise date, we offer full refund of your payment.

Q: Is the timing flexible?
A: Depending on the booking situation of the day and the chosen destination of your private yacht charter, we can adjust the timings of your trip. Please let us know your preferred time schedule and we will work out the best possible options for you

Q: Can you cater for special food requirements (vegan, vegetarian, seafood…)
A: Yes! Just let us know your dietary requirements or special your food preference in the ‘notes’ field at the final stage of the booking.

Q: Can I receive a discount for my private charter?

Q: Can I book you for full moon party transfers or trips?
A: No sorry, we do not arrange transfers to/from the Full Moon Party
