Joined Day Tours

Booking a Day Tour – Scheduled Joined Tours

Online Bookings: Please use our online booking system to book your seats for our Samui Island Cruise or Angthong Marine Park cruise. Any booking will only be confirmed if the full payment has been received. Payments can be done by Credit Card or PayPal account – Our system will send you instant confirmation by email on successful booking and payment process. Aborted bookings and bookings with non complete payments are not considered as a booking and will not be served.

Bookings by Email: Bookings by Email are possible too. However, we require full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be arranged by Credit Card or PayPal – please contact us for your booking. We will send you a manual payment request through PayPal for your payment – any booking is only confirmed after full payment has been received.

Direct Bookings:  Come to book at our office at the Petcherat Pier in Bangrak. Our office is open daily from 9:00am until 1:00pm and from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. Please call us at +66 8 0695 0801 to make sure we are in the office to handle your booking.

Cancellation policy for join-in group tours:

  • In case the client cancels less than 72 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • In case the client cancels less than 24 hours before departure, we retain 100% of the paid charter fee.

The Company reserves the right to cancel/postpone the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions).
Due to weather conditions or other circumstances the tour schedule/itinerary may need to be adjusted without prior notice.

In case of bad weather conditions, the departure can be rescheduled within 72 hours, or the client can change to a later date, or full refund will be returned.

Private Yacht Charters

Booking a Private Yacht Charter

All charter bookings require a 50% deposit of the charters base price to secure the booking. If you are uncertain as to which boat/tour is the most suitable for your group, please contact us and we will work out a perfect yacht experience for you.

Payments can be done by bank transfer to our bank account in Thailand, by Credit Card or by your PayPal account. Please let us know your preferred payment option with your request for charter.

Cancellation policy for private yacht charters:

  • In case the client cancels less than 2 months before departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • In case the client cancels less than 2 weeks before departure, we retain 100% of the paid charter fee.
